I received an error message when I entered my CourtLink ID and password. What should I do?
Please try the following:
- Confirm that you entered your current CourtLink ID and password in the correct fields.
- Some CourtLink IDs and passwords are case sensitive. Confirm that you typed in your ID and password in lower case. Verify that the Caps Lock key on your keyboard is not in use.
- Try resending your ID/Password to your email account to verify it is correct.
- If the information is correct, and none of these suggestions help, contact LexisNexis CourtLink Customer Support at 1-888-311-1966.
What do I do if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, you can access our website at courtlink.lexisnexis.com. From the Log On screen, click on the “Forgot your password?” link.
